It all depends on what you are looking for, metal is a maintenance free roof material. There are also limited lifetime shingles or lifetime shingles that can last about 50 years.

2. Will my roof be under any sort of warranty?

There is a two-year labor warranty and it's prorated for material.

3. How long will a new roof last?

Depending on the type of shingles, your roof can last 30 to 35 years. Some can also last 50 years.

4. How do I know when I need a new roof?

You may need your roof replaced or maintenanced when shingles are blowing or dropping off of your roof. You may also need roof repair if the plywood is buckling.
